ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST

Robert Whitmore has been licensed in massage therapy for 15+ years, esthetics for 10+ years, and cosmetology for 5 years. His goal is to help you increase your overall well-being.

Robert is a Chicago native who began his massage education at the National University of Health Sciences where his focus was anatomy, kinesiology, and biology. His education continued in Atlanta, GA at Lincoln Tech where his massage education focused on spa treatments and holistic approaches to healing.

​

His career began in 2007 at a high-end resort and spas in Southern California. There he learned to balance luxurious spa relaxation massage with effective therapeutic and sports massage. He has worked with techies, weekend warriors, the military, athletes, as well as senior citizens, and everyone in between.

​

After arriving in Austin, he attended Paul Mitchell and Aveda schools where he obtained his Esthetics (skincare) and Cosmetology certificates. He has been a Reiki practitioner for 10 years and intuitive for a lot longer. He loves language/culture and has travelled both nationally and internationally. He speaks English, Spanish and understand bits of others.

In his down time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and exploring Austin.
